question about FMU

i tend to have to pee in the middle of the night. its usually around 3am every night like clockwork. so would that be considered my FMU to test with or would it be when i officially wake up in the morning? I'm just wondering which i should use to test with.

i have the same issue. i wake up every night, atleast once. This is messing up my bbt. i try to take it around 7am every morning, but sometimes i wake up at 5 - 5:30 and take it then..

Not sure of the answer to your question. Do you go again right when you wake up in the morning? i would say use that one, but im not sure!!

I get up all the time to pee at nite. usually around 3-4 am. I use the CBEFM which requires FMU. I use the pee when i get up at 6am during the week, even if i've already gotten up once.

I dont drink anything when im up in the middle of the nite, so i doubt is diluted or anything. I havent had any issues with the CBEFM doing it this way.

I dont know why FMU is necessary. When i got my BFP it was mid-afternoon- after many pees

i have the same problem..but its true your not drinking anything so it shouldnt be diluted if its 2 hours later.
if its the weekend & i have to go at 3am i test then since i will probably sleep a little later & dont want to miss my time frame...
