Spin off to AF symptoms
How long do you have AF/PMS symptoms? Mine can last over a week.

Usually just a couple days. The bloating lasts about a week.

Mine can be 2 weeks before but mostly about 1 week and 1/2 before af arrives.

it is usally starts 4 days before AF and stops as soon as I get AF

the moods are like a week to maybe 2 weeks..the bloating usually a few days before and goes away when AF comes..

i usually only get cramping and bloating which start about 4-5 days before she shows up.

Since I came off BCP they have been only a few days. But AF has been very very light. So I am not sure if this is going to stay like this or not.

It really varies. I guess on average 3 or 4 days. Sometimes it's less sometimes it's more. I don't really get PMS aside from bloat and crankiness.
