Hannaeur/Dolisi question
When I went for my initial appointment for bloodwork, I met with the nurse practitioner. She told me to make my next "full ob" appointment in 3 weeks for my 8 week sono. I assumed it would be with the doctor, but I just got a call to confirm and its with the nurse practitioner again. When will I see the doctor??

Re: Hannaeur/Dolisi question
Before I switched OB's, I was seeing Hanauer and I made 6 months worth of appointments in adavance with her. There is always a chance she will be called out to deliver but maybe making appointments in advance will help.

Re: Hannaeur/Dolisi question
With first pregnancy before i went to see an RE i met with NP first and then next appt was with dr. Hanauer. After this appt def. take your calendar and book a bunch of appts in advance. She fills up quick.

Re: Hannaeur/Dolisi question
I am a Hanauer patient. My 8 week was done with a technician. I didn't meet with her until my third appointment. I schedule 4 months worth of appointments one night to try and get her. Honestly, everyone else I've met with has been so good, as long as I am feeling ok, I don't sweat not seeing her each time.

Re: Hannaeur/Dolisi question
Just ask for her when you make your appointment. My first two appointments were with Keri... the first was all they had, the second was by choice because I liked her. At that point I figured I should meet the doctor and saw her every week after that unless she had the day off.

She fills up quick. ITA. Not only does she fill quickly, but she has a TON of OB patients at the moment. Always book many appointments ahead.
Also, I do not think that I saw a Dr. until the end of my 1st tri.

Re: Hannaeur/Dolisi question
I've only seen Dr. Hanauer a few times. I even have my 32 week appt. with the np. I did book a bunch in advance though.
