Q about basal temp?

I just started temping this month for the first time. My first day I was 97.3, the next I was 97 and today I was 96.3.

Do you think today's value was off? What should I put it as on my chart? The lowest it goes is 96.9. It is definitely not a temp dip I am only on CD3.

I took the temps at the same time every morning and didn't get up out of bed or anything.

Any thoughts on this?

i have no help to offer, but have a question...i had thought of temping, but it has to be taken before you literally move out of bed yes?

what if you wake up a few times during the nite...how would this work and would the temps still be accurate.

just wondering...

I am just using an excel chart I got online. Does this mean I'm not alive or something?

I read that you have to have at least 3 hours of restful sleep and make just make sure you take the temp at the same time every day.

You should try FF - those temps are perfectly normal...

are you charting the temps-you don't look at an individual temp, but at the chart in general
