my dr said its okay to have one occasionally not heated just make sure u buy it from somewhere safe.

My OB told me that as long as it is chicken or turkey breast, ham or roast beef, it is fine. He said it is the super processed ones like bologna, salami- where you look at them and can't figure out quite what you are eating- that need to be eliminated.

My OB said turkey, ham, roast beef... were all fine.

every single day! on my GD diet I'm pretty limited with my meal choices & turkey works great for my protein requirement.

Yes. My dr said cold cuts were okay if I was getting it from somewhere with a lot of turnover.
