At least is something manageable and although it may be uncomfortable to have to be deprived of certain things hopefully with the help of the nutritionist you'll get a good handle on it.

I just had my one hour and I am dreading finding out if I passed or not... I do know that it is manageable though, my cousin had it, and she did really well on her GD diet.. One positive is she was really able to keep her weight gain in check!!! only gained 18 lbs I believe her entire pregnancy and had an 8 lb baby!!!
