If you did IVF or went to a RE
when you were released to your OB, did your RE give you paperwork showing all the blood tests you had & what not or did you have to request it?
The reason I ask, I am being released Monday & my OB's office sent me paperwork to fill out for my appt. In there, there was paperwork I needed to fill out about cystic fibrosis testing which DH & I had done already.

When Ii was release they recieved EVERYYYYYYYYYTHING.

Yes... I had to have all my paperwork with me for my first OB appointment. But I had to request it from the RE and fill out a form first. I requested my paperwork about 2 weeks before I was released because I knew it would take time.

Yup. I got a nice cover page explaining all that they performed at the RE and then all the blood test results were attached.

I had copies of everything sent to me. I handed it off to my OB. I think I paid something for it though.

Yes, at my last appointment with my RE, she copied my file and gave it to me to give to my ob/gyn at my first appointment.

I gave them the name of my OB and they faxed or sent over my entire file.

I gave RE my OB's info and then gave my OB the RE's info so they could get the paperwork

My RE sent a huge packet of information and test results to my OB before my first appointment.
