Looks like rescue Rudy didn't find I home for Christmas BUT........
.... he did find a home for New Year's eve!!!!!!! Yeah!!!!
My friend went to the shelter to adopt him today. Her references are cleared and he goes home next week.
This is the best ending ever. I am overjoyed. DaniRella you did good. He will be loved and spolied.
I'll post an update again when he goes home.

it brings tears to my eyes- esp when I think about my own rescused pets
I see how happy my guys are - and I always think of what might have been if I didn't take them- they give so much to me, I am happy to give them the life they always dreamed of and desserved!

AHH I just saw this now and I'm in tears for that boy!!!!!
I'm so excited for him -- thank you Maggie and PLEASE thank your friend for being such a great person as to offer Rudy a second chance -- and a nice, loving home for him to live out the rest of his life in!!!!
Thanks guys for the kind words -- it feels so good to know that we helped him and I hope to see new pics of him when he gets settled in to his new home!!! I would love to see him with his hair grown in more!
