It truly SU*CKS!!!!!! I hate it.. im being put on welbutrin by my Gyno. I get it today. Hopefully it will help. I can get through the cravings but I still don't "want" to quit!! I miss it already!! it's insane.. I know!!!

Wellbutrin did nothing for me. I am trying Nicorette again, and we might do hypnosis.

My stepfather just quit after 40 somewhat years. He had the laser treatment and it worked. But you have to WANT to quit...KWIM?

I used Ziban for the full 12 week course and have been smoke free since April. I would definitely recommend it. I also chewed a lot of gum.

Yeah a friend of mine does the laser treatment. She did it on my Saturday night. Maybe that's way Im not taking a shot gun to people yet!!!

It made me feel like when I would smoke a cigarette that I wouldn't get the nicotene! So eventually I was like "what's the point of smoking if it's not giving me the desired effect anymore?" and that's how I quit

I hope so! I want to lose some weight hopefully before we get our BFP, or at least get into an exercise routine!
