Humor me please - girls who know about LP
So I was put on clomid for my short LP. This month, thanks to the HCG shot, I o'd on cd14, when normally, I O on CD17. Now, does this mean that my LP for this month will still be the 7-8 days as normal or will it be longer
I guess what I am asking is if my LP is still 8-9 days, I am late for AF because I am 10DPO today
Does this make sense or am I babbling?

I would guess that your lp will be long now because of the clomid.

Well I'm guessing that since the Clomid was to help with your LP - that your LP will be extended by some amount.
I googled and I don't really see much that gives a straight answer - but I'd guess you might have a "normal" LP this month...

I guess that is what I am trying to figure out. I know clomid makes you O on a certain day and I assume it increases your LP too, but I am not sure

Re: Humor me please - girls who know about LP
I really don't know the affect that Clomid would have on your LP if any. I would hope that it would help you have a longer LP so that there would be more time for traveling and implantation time.
Your definitely not babbling (although maybe I am)
all in all - I guess I don't know but I would say if no AF when you "normally" would HAS to be a good sign of at least a lengthening LP or
lots of and remember to update us when you test (cause we know you will)

Re: Humor me please - girls who know about LP
The clomid should help you O earlier in your cycle, which will lengthen your LP.
Good Luck!!!!

Re: Humor me please - girls who know about LP
Clomid always "regulated" my LP. Meaning that while I never had one to begin with, and while I still had long cycles on Clomid (wouldn't get trigger until CD20-22 on most cycles), I did give me a standard 14 day LP.
