CBEFM and when to BD

Yesterday I got my first high reading so we bd last night. I thought I was going to get at least another high so I figured we wouldn't bd today and go by the every other day rule. But I got a peak reading today. Since we just bd last night do you think we should skip tonight and do tomorrow morning? I heard it wasn't good to bd every day but I'm afraid I might miss my window. What do you girls think?

My dr. said to BD every other day from day 10 on- regardless of what the monitors say.

Obviously, I use the CBEFM and dont listen to her- I BD every day once I receive the high reading. . . . but then again Im still not PG.

Maybe this month, I will listen to her!

Definitely BD tonight. The peak days are called that because you are at your peak fertility... so you definitely want to BD.

If your DH doesn't have any known sperm issues, then BDing every day should not be a problem.

You'll want to BD both peak days and the high day that will follow them.

Even if you BD yesterday for your high day, I would BD the next 3 nights if you have your peak today.

I tried the CBEFM for the 1st time this month and only got 1 high day. Today I got a peak day. So what I say above is what I would do for me.

The peak day is very important so I would definitely BD tonight. The same thing happened to me so we ended up BDing 4 days in a row.
