CBEFM-what is the benefit..
over traditional OPK's? I am willing to try anything, but is the cost really worth it? thanks

For me, it was totally worth the $ especially if you have long cyles and don't ovulate regularly. It worked twice for us. 
I hope to use it again when we decide we're going for #3.

I've only used it for one cycle so far, but it really took the guess work out of interpreting the OPK's for me. For the first cycle I did both and they matched up well.
