4 hour hold - CBE digitals
How in heck do you ladies hold your pee for 4 hours ? Just thinking about it makes me have to go! I always have to go , every 2-3 hours and at night I can 4 times an hour ! I don't know if that is normal , but I don't know...
Today is the first day I testing , so I stopped drinking and will go one last time at 1 and test at 5 .

I am definitely in the minority on this but I just test in the morning. I still get a  and the test doesn't actually say you have to do it in the afternoon. (some tests do say this though) I just can't do it any other way so I figure morning is better than nothing.

It's very hard you just have to keep yourself occupied -- try doing a 3 hour hold -- that should be fine too

i usually test at 5PM too..
if you take the last bathroom break right at 1pm and not drink anything.. maybe just a sip of water here and there.

I really hope I get a BFP this month just not to have to hold it in that long-I drink so much water during the day, and I am the biggest baby when I have to pee

Me too ! my DH makes fun of me because i ALWAYS have to go . When I told him I had to hold for 4 hours he laughed at me and said good luck with that babe

Do you get your ? I looked online and the CBE website says nothing about not using the first morning pee but other websites do

The thing with using FMU is that you're likely to only catch the end of your surge - and only get 1 smiley instead of 2 days...

Yeah, I NEVER get 2
I try not to worry about it by starting BD on day 8 and then every other day until then make sure I hit the next two days....but it hasn't worked for me yet so maybe the morning is not ideal

Me too. I cant hold out for 4 hours and I usually test around 4pm.

its torture! i just got mine today. i held for 3 hours. i testedt in the am the oast two days and didnt get anything so i hope i didnt miss it yesterday . but bd starts now!   you'll do it. just think of why you are doing it and it makes it easier. good luck!!!!

This is why I swithed to the CBEFM, so I could just use FMU instead!
