Another prenatal topic
DHA
I was thinking maybe DHA in my prenatals was bothering my stomach.
So I googled it to see what the heck it was.
Interesting article on the importance of DHA.
Thought I would share.

hmmm... that is very interesting...
i actually never knew what it actually was either...
if it does reduce preterm labor.. that would be perfect for me to take!
i wonder why its not in all prenatal vitamins though..
