Fogginess, Overwhelming fatigue, spaciness....

I am going to be 36 weeks on Monday and feel quite crappy most of the time; particularly at night. To be honest, it is just plain exhausting typing this. I am almost in a "foggy" or "out of it" state, is the best way I can explain it. It is worse than just plain fatique. I have had a pretty good pregnancy thus far besides this.

I just don't feel "right" a lot of the time and I am worried. I know it also could be a mixture of really bad anxiety and depression in addition to the pregnancy. I am uneasy 24/7, could it just be catching up to me?

Does anybody else experience this? It is quite scary and debilitating at times. I am hoping it ends with the pregnancy.

I felt the same way! I couldn't stand that out of it feeling I would get, I remember waking up one morning and feeling like I couldn't remember things like I was still in a dream and feeling like I was in a fog, it freaked me out and I called my mom crying! I actually ended up getting a BAD sinus infection a few days later and had to go to the ER in the middle of the night for a BAD sinus headache, it was all towards the end of my pregnancy.

Feel better!!Chat Icon

I said I wanted to check myself in LOTS of times too--lol I'm sure it just has to do with the pregnancy, even in the pregnancy book is said that out of it feeling is normal, it has a lot to do with our hormones! Chat Icon

Hey foggy twins!!! We should start a club!!! I'm exactly the same way, and I know partly its because I'm not sleeping well AT ALL so I blame it on the cumulative effects of sleep deprivation... I get to work sometimes and don't know how I'm going to make it through the day without Chat Icon At times the commute home has seemed too much to bear, I've been tempted to just sleep at my desk overnight!!

Hang in there, from what I understand its totally NORMAL though not pleasant, just try to rest, eat well, and grab a few Chat Icon 's when you can, regardless of what the clock says!!!!
