Anyone here take Duet prenatal vitamins?
Does anyone else here take Duet pre-natal vitamins? I just want to make sure I am doing this right....its 2 pills a day (one pouch with one caplet, and one gel cap)
Just once.....
right?

I do! yes both caplets once a day. i take it at night right before sleep

Do all of you take them without food? I have been taking them with food since vitamins usually bother me. I wonder if I can take them without food? Do they bother you if you don't take them with food?

i eat pretty close to bedtime (actually all the time) so I wouldnt know  But i do know you should take them with a bit of food so it helps with absorption.

I was told to take them with food, and that a lot of people prefer them at night b/c they can cause nausea. I love them and haven't had any problems at all.
