weight gain
Does your weight fluctuate during your cycle? If so when do you find yourself stepping on the scale to see higher or lower numbers??
I ask b/c this morning I stepped on the scale and it was a WHOLE 2 lbs higher than it was yesterday morning. ***??
ETA: I don't have my period!

Re: weight gain
it could also be water retention, did you eat anything with a lot of sodium yesterday?

Re: weight gain
around Ovulation time, I weigh more and feel bloated/fatter in general.
I think it's normal for weigh to fluctuate within 2 lbs throughout the month.
I feel like a big fat fatty today

Re: weight gain
Ugh, I am gross while PMSing. I get bloated and most certainly gain a couple of pounds. Once AF is over, I go back down. I actually have different pants based on the time of the month because I go up a size!

Re: weight gain
I feel like a moo moo when AF comes, I gross myself out! Then afterwards I'm alright again.

Re: weight gain
thanks for your input...I'm def. not PMSing, as it's Day18 and I have 31 day cycles. According to mymonthlycycles.com I o'd yesterday, so maybe that's the cause...

Re: weight gain
Right now I have Catholic school Nun ankles No joke. I'll gladly trade the 2 pounds for my 8! The only thing with AF gain is that I know it's not permanent and will be gone in a week.
