My confession.
I cried the other night because I got my first real craving and could not have it. I wanted from Friendly's the apple pie thing with the vanilla ice cream. well the closest Friendlys to me is like 25 miles away and DH was NOT having that at 9:30 pm. I found myslef scratching my rear, (grandma is Italian and said if you crave something and can't have it, "scratch your as$". So God forbid if there's a birthmark on the baby it will be on the butt) I know STRANGE. So there I stood in my LR scratching my as$ crying with the man laughing at me.  Must love the Pregnancy hormones. I have to  a lot or I will go crazy.
Just thouhgt I would share.

 Where is there a friendly's in NC? I knew of 1 in Charlotte but thought it closed???
I would so take a road trip for Friendly's!

I think that's hysterical! Poor thing, do you still have the craving, make him get it for you today, just earlier.

No woke up and it was gone. I made hime take me for Mexican that night an ate Jalapenos like they were going out of style.

That is really funny though, I have never heard of scartching your a$$!
I have been craving ice cold water, DH and I were out with friends this weekend and I packed a bottle filled with ice and water, we get out of the car and I'm craving the water. So I go into my bag in the back seat looking for the water and it wasn't there! I thought I had forgotten it! My heartrate jumped up and I started getting all paniky, I was sweating and near tears - we were in the woods, I couldn't get water!!!! Then I saw it peeking out from under the seat. Suddenly everything in the world was OK 
PG hormoes are crazy

Here's a suggestion.
Go get an apple pie from McDonald's, heat it up and toss some vanilla ice cream on it. You will think it's the real thing!

I'm Italian & believe me, I know what this is all about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So funny- my whole family believes in the same tradition as well!!
Sorry you couldn't satisfy your craving though.
