It's official the Weight is coming.... Food Confession - Heavy Weekend
So at 16 weeks I had gained a total of half a pound.
I haven’t had much of an appetite and been trying to eat healthy.
All that’s changed. I ate like a COW this weekend!!!
Appetite is back in full force and I get hungry often.
Saturday
10am Cereal
11am OJ
1pm Small Rita Custard with Carmel
3pm Enchilada, Guac, chips (Pancho Villa’s)
7pm bowl of pasta (shells and sauce)
9pm Peeled Apple and vanilla pudding
Sunday
10am Cereal
2pm BBQ Chicken sandwich from Costco Sample lady (she saw I was preggo and gave me a full sandwich and I had already had three samples!!!)
3pm Full Cheese slice of pizza from Costco
9pm Steamed chicken with Rosemary/Garlic/Lemon, Asparagus and white rice
10pm Scoop of vanilla Ice Cream and a Brownie

Weight gain.. here I come!
So today I’m having a small salad for lunch, cereal for breakfast and a brownie for the way home.

All of that and only 1/2 lb? Are you sure your scale is working properly?

All of that and only 1/2 lb? Are you sure your scale is working properly?
Ain't my scale it's the doctors. 
And that was a 1/2 lb BEFORE this feeding frenzy !!!
I see the doc on Monday (not today) and I'm guessing 4-6lb increase.. cause I've been such a PIG!!
