The link I posted on the other thread said this...
How are women using this for conception? They are inserting these after intercourse to help keep sperm close to the cervix. Combining this with laying down after intercourse is a good way to help keep sperm where they need to be.

I have used Instead Cups and they are very easy to use. They help keep sperm close to the cervix and can be worn for up to 12 hours I think. Another thing you can use is the Conception Kit which includes a cervical cap which works just like the Instead Cups. GL!

I'm sorry but I just looked this up after seeing it also in another post-- it seems like a waste of money. Add this to the list along with the Conception Curve Fertility Pillow.
