How do you know your DPO?
Stupid question...but how do I figure it out?

you would have to know when you usually ovulate, and how long your LP is (the time between ovulation and your period). Do you chart? Use ovulation predictor kit tests?
If you have a perfect 28 cycle, then you should ovulate on CD14 (if you had an LP of 14 days). That would make CD15 1dpo

I use an OPK so after i get a +opk, i start counting

When I was using OPK's I counted 2 days after a +OPK as 1dpo.

When I was using OPK's I counted 2 days after a +OPK as 1dpo.
