I have heard some women had such bad gas pains during pregnancy they thought it was labor..

yup that was me at 31w. i called the dr and everything and after going to the bathroom a few times it went away but i felt like such an idiot

What hosiptal was it u went too they are so nice in nc and so clean too i know what u are saying about that

awwwww I'm sorry--but it must have been better to know that something wasn't really wrong! Pick up some Beano (are we allowed to take that?), that's always been a godsend for me...
I'm glad to hear you liked the hospital--you were at Presby. Matthews, right? I've heard the maternity ward has all private rooms with outside balconies!!!!  and that you deliver in your own room (unless there's an emergency or a c-section). I'm psyched to deliver there!

Aww..  sorry you had to go through that. DH thought I was dieing last week and we found out after a trip to the ER that it was stretching pains!  I felt like such a jerk!
Glad to hear you are ok and your little jalapeno is good as well!

Awww don't worry you're not the first and you won't be the last to do that!!!
A doctor friend told me a good way to relieve REALLY bad gas is to get on all fours, then rest on your forearms, butt to the sky. Not so pretty but highly effective
Glad little jalapeno is doing great though!!

I dont think we can take Beano. Its not on the list. I wish. I felt like a dork. And yes it is Presby Matthews. SPOTLESS. Even the man was impressed.
