Talking about Gold - has anyone went to this place
Yesterday in the newsday there was a full page ad for this place across the street from Fortunoffs on old country road.
their website is www.nassaubuyers.com and the name of the place is Westbury Gold and Coin. They say they buy items other than gold too.
I only have a few items I want to sell....but it may be worth it since I havent seen or touched these items in years.
What is gold at now?

I don't know about the place you mentioned but gold is about $915/ounce right now.

I think we may hit there this weekend, I saw it the other day. I could KICK myself for throwing that extremely large figaro chain back at my XBF 5 years ago!

Scott, I think you live in Levittown, right? I just went to the place next to the italian restaurant PUGLIA on Hempstead Turnpike yesterday. If you are driving west on Hemp. Tpk. it's on the left side right past Mama Theresa'a. Its called Empire Jewelers. I didn't have much and walked away with $300.
