TMI, and personal...
I ve been having a problem with constipation and just bought Colace. But the last 2 BM's I strained...ALOT!!. Now I am so nervous that I hurt the baby.. Is anyone else going through this?

oh yeah.... last week was  for me. I was scared of straining too..... so I did my best to keep it to a minimum.
I FINALLY feel better  and I think I know why I felt so bad last week.
we had a party with lots of sandwich leftovers... so I wasn't eating nearly enough fruits/veggies from sat to tues... Starting wed, I felt very bad, so I started a prune juice regiment (two 8 oz glasses a day), I increased my water intake (to 3.5 L) and I drastically increased the amount of veggies and fruits...
It took until sat AM, but I now am feeling much better... So try increasing the fiber / fluid intake drastically... it takes time, but it WILL work eventually....

LOL.. I bought colace because the dr said it would be okay. But I looked it up online and it keeps saying it's category C ?? I am sure it's safe if the dr mentioned it, right??

colace is fine. as is miralax and both are Cs. try miralax--it is a godsend. it's tasteless and you mix it into any drink. it is definitely a miracle drug!
