Once I had surgery to correct an anatomical issue. I got PG very fast. Sadly I had 2 m/c's but I was still pretty fertile. My mother and sister were also pretty fertile.

My mom was very fertile (so she says, but there are 10 years between my sister and I).
My older sister had LOTS of trouble getting pregnant, due to hypothyroidism and possible PCOS.
Because I knew I had PCOS and didn't ovulate, I decided to get started on TTC earlier than we would have otherwise.
Once I went on Clomid, we got our BFP right away--I am still in shock that it happened as quickly as it did!

It took me 4 months with my first.
3 months with my second.
1 month with my third.
I know my mom gets pregnant easily-none of us were planned!

it only took DH and I one time (we were TTC) to our surprise. The same thing with my mom when she got pregnant all 3 times.. even at 37 years old when she had her last baby.

My mom got p/g pretty quickly.
Dh and I on the 2nd month. It wasn't very hard I guess.

1st pregnancy - DH and I "tried for about 5 cycles, spread out over a year
2nd pregnancy - didn't try at all and got pregnant with twins

I know my mom had no issues getting preggo, and I don't think either grandmother did either, they both had three kids, close in age.
We weren't trying, but got preggo my second month of BCP

I got pregnant one month off the pill, we weren't trying at all...I am now 7 weeks along with twins...
My Mom was very fertile...other than that I don't really know!

I went off BCP at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb (don't remember exactly when) and we were very careful for the next 3 cycles. I wanted to get a feel of what my cycles were before we started trying. The first month we tried (April) I got pg. My sister had no problems getting pg with my niece and nephews and my mom had 4 kids in 6 years so she didn't have any problems also.
My MIL did however have a little bit of a difficult time getting pg with DH. It took her over a year.
