To change your avatar, first change it in your profile. Then you have to hit one of the "F" keys. I think it is F6. I can never remember which one it is. I usually just keep hitting different ones until it looks like something happened on the screen.  Does anybody know for sure which one it is?
To attach a picture, click in the "Attach Image" field at the bottom of the message you are posting, then click on "Browse" to find the pic you want to attach. Click okay. By then, the information about the pic you are attaching should be in the "Attach Image" field. When you click Post Message, your pic should be included with your message.
