So now today I get the invoice from FedEx....
$2500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So now I have a list of all of the people this guy sent packages to. Would you see if you can get the #s and call these people????
He sent out something around 80 packages under this account!!!!!! Ive got quite the list of names!!!!
Holy Crap Heather! What did Fed Ex say when you told them this was a fraudulent account???????

At this point... I would get your local police department involved.
We had something similar we thought was happening to us a few months ago (turned out to be nothing). But my husband emailed our local precint and told them we suspected mail fraud and/or identity theft. We had a dective call us the next day.
When I called Fedex about our situation, they really could have cared less.

They told us that we would be receiving the invoice..but b/c the account was set up fraudulently we werent responsible. They said the account has been referred to the fraud department...I dont get any further information from them at all.
When I received the second package yesterday I had asked them how many packages were sent out on my account and they told me they could tell me that . They have so many different departments that you get sent all over the place...I guess they feel that since they arent expecting me to pay the charges then I should go away...when I spoke to one women over there I kind of got the feeling that this type of thing happens all the time!!!!!!!!

I agree!!!!
DH is going to go down to our precinct and file a report or whatever he should do. Its really rather unsettling...
