I voted other.
I am only at my current job due to the fact my boss "took" me and our entire department with him when he jumped firms.. since I have an amazing, awesome boss and love working for HIM, I made the jump. But if I'd had any choice in the matter, I would have never chosen to come to THIS particular firm (the environment blows here, and my co-workers generally stink, but hey , you cannot have it all  )
Anyhoooo... I landed that original position with my current boss over 13 years ago (yikes!) by working with a headhunter. I loooved my old firm

I sent out a handful of resumes after college, mostly in rsposne to NY times ads. This was the first one that called & my only interview.
ETA- I am thinking of looking again soon, & I think I may have to go with an agency, bc/it is hard to find mid-level jobs in the paper/online.

I always just sent a resume. That's how I became employed at the hospital I work for but I got the position I have now (at the same hosp) b/c I knew someone.

Headhunter - but that in 1999 - hotjobs & monster were relatively new & I was looking in careerpath.com (Newsday's classified section).
