More ADVICE Needed For All Of The Expereinced IVFers

Hi girls,

I am relieved to report my BETA more then doubled (almost tripled) today. I went from a 19 last Friday, to an 88 on Monday and now today it was 242. Does that sound good/normal to you girls?

I called and asked for my progesterone level and was told it was a 16.5. That just makes it, no? Shouldn't it be over 15? I wonder if it is lowering..Monday it was 17, now down to 16.5 and if I will be asked to increase my 3 vaginal supposetories.

Here is what I am SO NERVOUS about and maybe you girls could relieve that. They called me back to tell me that my ESTROGEN went down a good deal (I think they said from like 240 something to 170 something) in the past two days. The nurse said to increase my estradiol tablets (2mg) from 2 to 4 each day. I asked how bad this was and she said not to worry that is why we monitor your blood closely so we can decrease/increase meds when we need to.
Do you know why my estrogen all of a sudden may have gone down, what it means and if I should be concerned? Or should I just be confident that the increase it meds will bring it back up. What level is it even supposed to be at?

I had this happen to me, my estrogen as well as progesterone levels went down, but I just had to increase my dosage. I wouldnt worry because your beta is going up which is a good sign.
They will continue to monitor you which is a good thing
