CBEFM & CD1
Hi!
I was wondering if someone could answer a question for me about setting my cbefm for cd1. Last night before I went to bed I had a very, very light AF so I knew she was starting. The this morning when I woke up to temp she was here in full force. The time I temp is also in the middle of my usual testing window. Would today be cd1 or would tomorrow? Sorry if this is a stupid question. I just want to make sure I set the monitor right.
