So i got chosen to be on a jury
and I am actually excited!
The case starts next week so all of my papers and finals will be done, and I won't miss my work event this friday. It will be the whole week and I will get full pay from work.
I am suprised they chose me. In the end they only chose 3 people and I was one of them. We were questioned by 6 attorneys for ~4 hours before they decided on the 3 of us.

i was on a jury for probably the whole month of september. thank god my job paid me the whole time.
still waiting for the courts check for jury duty though would be nice for the holidays.
julz hope your case doesnt go as long as mine did good luck!

just curious... i'm going to trial for work tomorrow, itd be too funny if you were the jury.
oh nevermind anyway, i just realized you said it was for next week.
enjoy! i bet it'll be interesting... and it's kind of like a paid mini vaca from work

I hope your first time is better than mine. My first time to jury duty I got chosen to be a MURDER trial. It was extremely sad and horrifying. It lasted over a month. I will never forget it.
