I saw the pic in newsday of the mold mushroom growing by the window in one of the tenants kitchen....it made me want to vomit

I don't get paying 3500 to live there. I mean, you are not even walking distance to a train. What is worth $3500 about those apts? That is insane, I agree with you!

I looked at their website yesterday to check out what they get for their money. I couldn't see floor plans, I think they took them down. I did see that they have to pay $500 yearly to use the amenities, and an extra $250 for a garage. I was shocked.  You don't even get that included for your outrageous rent.
ETA: they took down the website since yesterday.
