OMG! i looked at those apartments when DH and i were still engaged! thank God we opted for something else! its mold infested and causing lung problems for the residents! everyone is being kicked out!!!!!

In the article it says something about the builder having buildings in FL that had similar problems! Totally unacceptable!!

How horrible!
They may not be able to file a lawsuit if their lease has something about mold. I know ours does where we are.

I'm so mad for those tenants.
I hope they get their behinds sued off. We looked there for an apartment but it wasn't worth $2,400 for a 1 bdrm to be close to the Source Mall.

They can still file a lawsuit - you can always file a lawsuit... Whether or not it'll be successful is a different story...

I work with someone who's daughter lives in them. She was telling me on Sunday how her daughter was decorating her first tree in her new apartment.

I read that some of the apartments LITERALLY have HUGE mushrooms growing inside the apts by the windows! Horrific!!!

I bought the paper today for the Barack Obama/Oprah article and this one.
There is a picture of some huge mushroom coral reef looking thing. GROSS!
One woman interviewed said her kids were always coughing.
