he showed up at the altar...it's all I expected and wanted

ditto- he leaves that kind of stuff up to me- and I like it that way

he has never seen 1 or our 3 apartment- till the day we moved in

if I like it- he likes it

he was 100% involved in that he knew what was going on and how much everything cost, but he didn't have a lot of input...and I always asked!

his standard response was "whatever you want honey" Chat Icon Chat Icon

He has alot of input. I asked for his opinion all the time & we made alot of decisions together although he pretty much gave me what I wanted. BUT dresses he had NO say in.

Dh was involved in all of the initial appointments with all of the vendors to book them.

All the little details were all up to me and the bridal party helped alot, although he did give me his opinions as well :)

DH was involved with everything but the dresses.

Same here. He even helped me with some of the wedding crafts, like the petal cones. It was very cute. Chat Icon

Re: How much input did your DH have in your wedding?

My Dh was involved in some of the planning, like booking our vendors like the DJ, photo, and video. But That is crazy for the groom to help pick out BM dresses. Unless, he is in the fashion industry, he should have no input at all!!!

He was involved in every single aspect. The only things he didn't help with were the flowers, and the dresses. I was not involved in the tuxes because he wanted to surprise me with that.

We did everything together from picking the hall and band to invites, programs and registering.

He was very involved. He had a say in everything.

He even knew what I did NOT want for my wedding dress. He didn't want to know much about it, but I told him what it wasn't.

Re: How much input did your DH have in your wedding?

100% involved.
He's my best friend so his opinion counts and it's his day too!

He was at all meetings
Helped me design layout of the invitations
Helded pick out wedding colors
Even drove me to Alantic City so I can try on the dress I fell in love with (it was the closest salon that carried it)
Made phone calls
Helped me make decisions, even gave me input on make-up and hair trials too!

Re: How much input did your DH have in your wedding?

I did the a lot of the work. I am a perfectionist and you know what they say. It's only right if I do it myself. I had a say in everything with the exception of her dress which I didn't see until the day of the wedding.

I would say about 30%. I did most of the stuff but he did the food and cake (cleared through me though) and he also booked the rooms etc.

Re: How much input did your DH have in your wedding?

I would say...my husband was 100% involved.. it was wonderful but, (there is always a but) sometimes...I just wanted to do what I wanted and not ask him!

Re: How much input did your DH have in your wedding?

I think he was pretty much involved in everything. I went with my friends to pick out the dresses, but I did show them to him and asked his opinion.
