I'm having issues, I read this as "Who has a wii?" as in Nintendo. And so having children or not having children kind of made sense.

No will right now. Before we have kids we will get wills drawn up (guardianship, making sure the guardian gets $$ to help raise our child(ren)), but right now it doesn't seem like a huge deal.

We don't. I have been telling DH that we must go do this esp with his job, it scares me. Can we go to any lawyer for this??

No and we do have a daughter We both have health care proxies and we just got life insurance for both of us. A will is next on our list.

No wills yet. We do have health care proxies and graves in two locations. One location belongs to us. The other location is a family plot we are entitled to.

We've had a will since we first got married and it specifically defines guardianship of our children.
