it's sad!
I think a guy this morning was either drunk or falling asleep at the wheel on southern state. I was about to call 9-1-1 but he got off at rt 110.
Scare how he was all over his lane and when I looked at him, he looked like he was dozing off.
When will people ever learn????!!!!!
