I don't like many alcohols, and neither does DW. Can't stand beer (and I've tried a lot. Plenty of drinking in college, been to microbreweries, had friends who made their own beer, brother and BIL are both part-time bartenders, have tried numerous mixed drinks. We are not tea-totallers, but even the drinks we like, we don't have very often. Maybe two drinks a year.

I haven't been drinking much since I've been TTC and now I'm baking a bean, and I haven't missed it much at all.
I like to use wine in cooking (now I'm use Fre which is alcohol free wine) and I occasionally had a glass of wine or a fru fru drink, but that's basically it.
10 years ago was a whole 'nother story

Don't get me wrong I totally love a nice alcoholic drink every now and again and nothing tastes better than a Cornona on a nice spring/summer day. But sometimes I can't enjoy it when all I can think about is how I might feel the next day.
How I did it in college is beyond me.

I hate wine and Beer!!!
I really only enjoy Margarita's, stolli orange and 7 and apple Martini's.

You definately are not alone! I can't stand the taste of liquor & will only drink some fruity ones. Even there are times I can't drink them bc the alcohol is too strong.
I would love to like wine too but all that I try, I can't tolerate! lol
It is just somethin about the taste I can't tolerate. I would much rather drink my diet coke or water

It's a rare occasion that I drink and when I do, it's even more rare that I drink to the point of getting drunk. I hate beer. I only like cocktails.
