is there any sort of rule for weight of baby and how many ounces they shiould drink?

is there any sort of rule for weight of baby and how many ounces they shiould drink?
like is there something like two ounces for every lb or something? want to make sure i am not over feeding.
she is over 14lbs and has 28 oz a day

I don't think there is a poundage/ounce chart, the one I have goes by age.
28 ounces a day is perfect for her.
