I do agree that we might end up getting a better deal because the seller won't have to pay two agents.
Weren't you sort of unhappy about how your agent handled the last offer you guys were negotiating? Have you considered possibly switching agents?
a friend of mine is a RE agent (but part-time) and I was just wondering if we need to pull him into the picture if we end up liking a place by going to open houses.
seriously, I've seen so many houses already, call me silly but I feel like I am bothering the RE agent (the one that's not my friend), so we decided to hit some open houses ourselves whenever we get a chance.
Who knows maybe we'll find "THE" house that way
