Zumba and Spin
Im looking for a place that offers BOTH classes (pref at night) but doesnt require a gym membership in order to attend.
Mid-eastern suffolk.

Give NYSC a call...not sure about needing a membership...also you could call golds and world gym...as well as powerhouse fitness and unique fitness! Good luck!

Most gyms I know of require a monthly fee. Some dance studios have Zumba classes that you can pay as you go.
There is LI Sports and Fitness on Portion Road - Ronkonkoma

My gym in Riverhead has both, and is open to non-members for a $10 per day fee. It's Ultimate Fitness East. Might be too far for you...

Finest Fitness in Patchogue. Its $10 a class. However, they are running a special through 4/30 to join for 3 months is $99 , so it was cheaper for me to do that. I can go to any class I want and use the gym
