Thanks! You should see my kid dance. Everytime a cell phone rings she starts dancing. Now, she even started dancing when there is no music. Its adorable!

I clean. My SO always knows when I've had a stressful day, you could eat off my floors. For whatever reason it gives me a feeling of accomplishment that takes away from the stress of the day.

Definitely coming home to snuggle up on the couch with Gigglesbear (aka Michael) as we watch all of our reality tv shows
*Taking a walk
*Taking a bath
*Coming online and just relaxing with my cup of coffee
*Nice stroll on the beach when it's opportune
*some times shopping relaxes me...yeah, I'm crazy...LOL

i work in a stressful place.. luckily i dont' get stressed easily.. alot of people around me are stressed though.. and it makes me happy that im not like them and can actually deal with the pressures of working quickly

I know this will sound funny ... but ... If I'm home and stressed ... I color in my daughters Crayola Color Wonder book. My mind wanders in to "nothing land" and I calm down.
If I'm out, I just go and take a walk and it calms me down.

I need a vacation sooo badly.
I'm going to FL tomorrow (for a funeral  ) and it's just making me MORE stressed.
In general to alleviate stress I sing. Usually show tunes.

I color as well! It really chills me out.
I don't have kids, but I have a stack of coloring books!
