Your love for your pet?
Are you sometimes amazed how much you love your pet?
Maybe its just me and my family but we are all completely in love with Rocky. I've always been a huge animal lover, but the instant love I felt for Rocky was shocking to me. I can only imagine when I have kids.

Sometimes I look at Emma when she is sleeping or something and my heart just melts. I am blown away by her. she is so amazing and loving. It is as if she is really my daughter! I can only imagine what it will be like when baby arrives.

I can't get over how my MIL and sister are reacting to our new puppy. Sammy already received lots of toys, "welcome to the family" cards, etc. Can't imagine how they'll react when we have a baby!

She is without a doubt my baby girl...I love her to death. When she got sick I really was devastated, cried like a baby because I thought we were going to lose her.

I know - I never thought I could love a dog like this. The best time with Molly is in the mornings - she is soooo cuddly and will just need to be loved in bed for an hour. This morning she was taking her little face and would plop it on mine, and then on my shoulder. Such a cutie!!
Can't wait for the next one to come.

Put it this way -- when we divorced the EX got the house, I got the dog.

I was lucky and got both...but there was NO WAY I would have ever given him the dog..NO WAY!!!!!
I love my animals so much it is ridiculous...LOL I do think people think i am NUTS!
What a great thing to be nuts about though!

I am definetly amazed at how much I love my llittle Lola!  I never had a dog before so I really did not know what to expect.
But I am beyond in love!!! Some people think I am insane at some of the things I do or say...but as I said to my mom yesterday when she made a face at something mushy I said to Lola...I am sorry you have never experienced the kind of bond I have with my dog!
I am going to Aruba on Saturday and I can't even get excited because I am going to miss her so much!

Gus is by baby...I sometimes can't believe the unconditional love....things I never thought I'd do for anyone...when he got diarrehia in his crate I lifted him out of it, even though it was all over him and carried him into the walk in shower with me, snuggling him close becuase I knew he was freaked...it didn't even occur to me how nasty it was until after I bathed him and started cleaning out the crate...my munchkin!

Bama is our first dog ever and DH and I love him more than anything. That sweet face just makes us melt!
It's so painful though to know that someday he's going to die, and that DH and I may have to send him to the rainbow bridge ourselves

I will have to be admitted into the psych ward when my cats die. We picked them up from the rescuer and moved into our apartment the same day- I feel like our little family was "born" on that day.

Words can not express how much i love my children.
People think i am ridiculous, but i dont care. they arent "like" my kids, they definatly 110% ARE my kids.
i was so nervous getting another dog each time cuz i didnt think i could "love them as much" .... but that definatly wasnt the case.
if i even THINK about them dying i start to cry.
i couldnt imagine what it would be like to not have them velcroed to me at all times.
they are the most precious gift i could have ever recieved.
sometimes i dont even want to think about having a baby cuz i dont want them to come second.
they are my first priority in life. my dh gets jealous
i just love them to death.
they are so amazing. im so glad they came into my life, id be incomplete without them.

I can do you one better. Dh's grandma had been complaining about us not having any kids yet. For Christmas, she got a pewter frame that said "Grandkids" with a pic of our cats in it.

I have only had Snickers for a couple of months now and he has become a part of our family. I love him as if he were my second child. It is amazing!
