Yet another update..........
So my day begins with me on my way to work and imagining that I will be starting gonal again tonight....... I was actually looking forward to my CD3 appt where I had a list of questions prepared and was especially looking forward to starting fresh with new possibilities.
Well, turns out I have 3 follies or cysts in my ovaries that should not be there so I'm starting bcp tonight and will essentially need to be on them for 3wks and am forced to take this month off  I will also be going in for an HSG in about 3wks.
The estimated start-up date is January 3rd and it seems I will NOT be pregnant by my due date. (unless of course I'm in the middle of a cycle where I do get pregnant and then I can essentially be 2wks pregnant on my due date and not even know it)   Honestly, I'm over giving myself that added pressure, I just want it to work already and to actually stay pregnant to full term with a healthy baby.
Oh... and to conclude the story about my day.. I then go to CVS to pick up my bcp and also asked the pharmacist if my prenatals were called in yet. They were.... and the pharmacist proceeds to congratulate me. I had a feeling I knew where that was going- but I asked for what. He mouthed the word "baby" to me
  seriously?! I'm like. .. no congrats necessary, I'm going through infertility.
I know this isn't the WORST thing in the world- and by now I have grown fairly used to not being pregnant. There are even times I forget I'm even trying, as weird as that sounds, because the idea of me being pregnant and excited about it seems so foreign to me now.. but seriously... ANOTHER forced month off after my 8ww post d&e?
How does the saying go ... when it rains, it...........

awwwwwwwww, penny.. i am sooooooo sorry i know we plan for something and then God takes our plans and tosses them out of the window. maybe it is his plan to have you rest for a month and prepare for next cycle, which i hope will bring you a BFP!

I'm so sorry! The waiting is horrible! What a terrible day!!
My fun story of the day to maybe make you chuckle...I saw one of the paras I used to work with and she asked if I was pregnant. As I was responding, she was rubbing my bloated/fat/infertile/definitely not pregnant belly. Way to make me feel worse about life. Thanks a lot, lady.

Ugghhh.....I'm so sorry you need to wait longer than you hoped for but try to think that everything happens for a very good reason, I'm a true believer of that. It will all work out for the best at the end. Your body has been through a lot of stress for quite a while know, with all the meds you have been on on and off, the pregnancy, the d&e and all this didn't just come with physical stress but also with a lot of emotional stress and unfortunately lots of pain for the loss of your little one as well..... You've been through A LOT! You just need a little break. That's all. Besides, you'll be ready to start again in no time

Thanks for reminding me of this Going through the motions I easily forget all the trauma my body has been through...
In the meantime, I'm trying to make sense of the fact that I'm on birth control, need to use condoms .. I'm infertile.. and I want a baby NOW
When did life get so complicated!?!?!

OMG!!  How awkward!!
What is it with paras and bloat rubbing?! My para rubbed my bloat last year too!! 
Maybe they're pledging some para sorority and the goal is to mortify your teacher!

I'm so sorry.
In August of this year, they found a cyst on my ovary too and prescribed me bcp too. Told me I'd be on it for at least 2 months, maybe more. I drove away from the RE's office and actually had to pull over, I was crying so hard.
Remember that the weeks go by really fast, especially around the holidays. It'll be January before you know it. You just have to stay strong until then, and you have us to help you with that.

ugh, I am so sorry honey. I was so hoping that this cycle would be it for you and now this. You will get through this! Believe or not when I was on the bcp I felt like time flew. Before you know it you will be right back cycling again!

I'm so sorry for this latest set-back. Try to think of this break in a positive light. Now you won't be stressing about cycling over the holidays and getting everthing timed to coincide with lab closings. Have a good drink and enjoy the holidays. I'm sure the rest will be good for your body.
