Oh god - crunchy granola???? OUCH....
I love how everyone thinks I'm crunchy because I'm a vegan. I belong to a facebook group called "Vegan ain't hippy" for that reason.
But anyone who knows me knows I am FAR from granola hippy girl... I wear heels (dying for Manolos one day!), MAC, love my Coach and am saving for a Louis. I do wear leather  so I'm a bad vegan. When I was ballroom dancing competitively I was tanning and always in body glitter and little hoochy outfits (those were the days)
The only thing crunchy about me is MAYBE the way I eat and the folk festival I go to in the summer (where my nickname is "Hippy-Crit" ) - I guess hiking and camping might be considered crunchy on long island. I just love being outdoors. Fresh air is your friend

See, I always think people in Cali are crunchy... . When I think crunchy I think a really nice person, like - loves everyone type of nice, tie dye, sandals, hairy pits, crystals, and lots of meditation.
I'm type A, wear black (I really DO need some color in my wardrobe), can't sit still for 2 minutes, love fashion (too poor to buy anything, unfortunately) a makeup wh*re, and forget to recycle 90% of the time. Not to mention obsessed with my career, steeped in research, and considered the "drill seargent" at work.
It's funny, though. I am always amused at how people come across on here. I have had perspectives of people on here that were totally different after I met them. I guess it goes both ways. I had no idea I was the resident LIF granola hippy girl.
