Those that have an account, have you ever had all your emails just disappear
I am having a hard time recovering them

I’ve had them disappear on my phone. I reboot and they come back. However, if you haven’t been on the account in a while, they just disappear.

I'm on all the time, how do you reboot, the thing is they disappeared from my phone and computer.
What I do is make sure everything is updated on my phone (I use an iPhone). Then I restart (that’s what I mean about reboot). Then I go back to the app, and it takes a while for everything to load up but it works.
However, I have not had this problem on my computer. That doesn’t sound good. Perhaps some IT people can pitch in here? If you do a google search, you may be able to find a better answer.

I don't use iPhones or Yahoo! email, so I can't dive into specifics, but I can try and give generic suggestions.
Are you able to see your email on the Yahoo! server from a web browser? If the emails are still there, then it's just a matter of re-downloading them. If they aren't on the email server, it will be much more difficult.

If Yahoo doesn't have the emails, and she doesn't have them locally, I'm not sure what can be done.
The browser goes directly to the mail server on their end, so it avoids any issues with the local client (space, rules, deletion policy, etc).

I seen that yahoo only work in a phone if you use the yahoo app rather than the regular email app
