Does anyone have any great gift ideas to share? My best friend is having her shower soon and I would love to get her an amazing gift, maybe a basket with lots of stuff inside, and something sentimental too!

When my best friend got married I did a basket of wine for her year of firsts there was a poem that went with it:

There are poems that are attached to each bottle, that the bridesmaids read as they present the gift to the bride.
Wedding Night

I've done 3 things for my friends that was a hit. The first basket was the future mrs. basket. It included
Future Mrs...Robe
Bride tank
just married tank
bride zip up
___ booty (husbands name goes first) on a pair of underwear
channa plaque with wedding date
personalized door mat
personalized clock for livingroom

2nd gift was the holiday baskets. I divided it into the four seasons. Each season basket was filled with table clothes, dish towels, place mats, decorations for the house,holiday baking decorations, etc.

3rd thing was a wine refrigerator filled with the future wine bottles. I made the labels and put them over the original labels. drink this on your first anniversary, drink after your first fight, drink on the birth of your first baby etc.

We just gave my brother and future SIL a date night basket. They LOVE to go out and do things so we got them:
-a few gift cert to the favorite places to eat
-gc to the movies
-gc to go rock climbing
-bottle of wine/omaha steak gc for dinner at home
-Night by the fire (wine/smores)
-winery gift cert

My sister made up a cute poem to go with it. they loved it
