That's horrible. Your house is for sale still, right? Do you think that he is just financially stressed out or do you think he's been planning this in his head for awhile. I'd give him a day or two to cool down and then see where he is at. If he is still insistent on moving on, I'd nail him to the wall  Who does that to someone the day after their anniversary????

His reasoning is he doesn't want to be in a relationship, he just isn't ready...are u friggin kidding me? there is so much background to this, but we don't fight, have no problems and he cliams it's not me, it's that he wants to live by himself, he doesn't think he's the realtionship type. WHO SAYS THAT!!!???!!!

I'm sorry. That is terrible. He is acting very immature and unstable. Have you tried counseling?
I think the best thing for you to do is try to assemble whatever stability you can in your life. If you can afford it, keep your house.
As for your DH, I would not let him come back even for the night until he is ready to commit.

I am so sorry you are going through this...My close friend at work is going through the same thing. One year after they got married her husband kicked her out of the apartment. One year later and she is still not back in her apartment although they are going on/off to counseling. I know her husband loved and adorded her and now he says he doesn't want to be married. Sorry and I hope there is peace knowing you are not the only one going through this rough time. Good luck!!

Im not trying to be rude or anything but I vaguely remembered reading several posts from you about a year ago where you were asking your husband for a divorce. I just wanted to make sure I had the right person so I did a search and it was you. There are also posts from january saying you just went through a divorce so I dont really get this post. Are you back with him and now he is leaving you?

I have to admit, I am confused by this as well.. Last year you said you were divorcing your DH... did you get back together? You said you were married for 2.5 years before your divorce last year, so is this your 1 year of getting back together?
