WWYD? (calling a realtor etiquette) UPDATED
We are prepared to make an offer on a home. We called the realtor today around 2pm on her cell phone and left a message stating that we were prepared to make an offer and leaving our contact info. (She knows who we are - we spoke yesterday). We also tried her office number, but no one answered and it was just a general voicemail for the entire company. (ETA - We did not leave another message at the office - just one on her cell phone -- her cell number is the one on her business card)
We have not heard back yet. I wasn't sure if we should call her back again tonight or if I should wait until tomorrow. I don't want to hound the poor woman, and I know it's a Sunday. I also don't want to miss out on getting our offer in...
Should we wait it out? I was thinking of calling back to leave another message so I could give her my office number in case she needs to reach me tomorrow during the day... Is that too much? Like I said, I don't want to hound her, but I DO want to get our offer in!
UPDATED - I decided to wait it out - I didn't want to bug this poor woman on such a beautiful Sunday... and she called me back!
AND.........
They accepted our offer!!!
