If your FIL had pneunomia, and your DH wasn't around, would you take kids to the hospital to visit. Or just wait until you could get someone to stay with kids?

I would ask another family member or a close friend to watch them, but if no one was available I would just take them with me.

Re: WWYD

Are kids allowed? Kids weren't allowed when my DH was in the hospital.

I would leave them home or not go.

I wouldn't bring kids. If FIL had phenomena, I would be most concerned with getting FIL more sick.

Re: WWYD

Maybe go when someone else is visiting. When mil had surgery i would go when her sister was there. She would come down to a waiting room or other area or outside to watch my kids while i visited. I would only stay max 30 mins

Hell no! I would never bring my kids to the hospital to visit someone that sick unless they were dying.

Wouldn't bring the kids. He's probably on a floor with lots of other sick people. Just to be on the safe side I'd keep them home.
