Wow...I SO need to cheer up!
I cried today....that didn't make me feel better.
I've eaten my comfort foods-nuthin.
can't spend money....
what else can I do to cheer up???

I re arrange things in my house. I feel like you start to look at things differently.. and not just the house 
I update/change pictures in picture frames around the house, go through old cards or memory boxes... break out your wedding video and album

 Its true!! I even did it as a kid. My mom would wake up in the morning and walk in my room and be the W -T -F b/c the whole room would be re-arranged

How about you stop by my place the next time you are upset....
You'd be better off with my sister. Whenever shes upset or sad.. she CLEANS like a maniac!!! I mean she puts neat freaks to shame!!
And it really cheers her up and puts her in a better mood

It could only happen in FL...
Woman carrying a fruit knife (knife being the key word) in the airport gets caught with the knife in her purse.
Gets pulled away by Port Authority and ARGUES with PA by saying "oh c'mon it's only a fruit knife. Seriously its just a small knife"
Then she goes to Delta and starts arguing with Delta that she was detained and missed her flight because she was carrying a knife....
Anyone who would listen to her she said TSA was too harsh on her because she was carrying a tiny knife.
So now I ask, could things get any worse....

Me too!!!! ive always done that.... seriously.. rearranging/decorating/demolition and basically any type of home improvement/change has always been my 'therapy'
moving a couch and a 250lb TV gets the endorphines flowing... endorphines make people happy... and happy people dont kill
